A short while ago, all browsers blocked Flash Player as a default play option; in order to play Flash you have to click enable as per example image below showing the Flash Popup blocker.
Make sure you have the latest vs of flash.

Once you enable FLash Player to run, you may have to click on the launch course button again depending on your browser vs. However, once the flash player has been enabled you shouldnt have to do this again.
