I can't advance past the first page - cannot see the flashing next button

I cannot advance past the first page! I cant see the flashing next button: Example below:  Please scroll down if you are using a MAC for Apple Instructions

No navigation buttons!

This is more likely to be that your screen resolution is set to 'LESS' when it should be set to 'MORE'.  To increase your screen resolution do the following (or if you dont wish to change your screen settings try and press F11 first to see if this shrinks your sceen size):

To get started, right-click on an empty space on your desktop and select Display settings towards the bottom of the context menu. Alternatively, you can go to Start > Settings > System > Display. The Settings app in Windows 10 is ready for per-monitor display scaling.

For earlier versions of Windows, 2000/XP etc click on your control panel icon (start menu) then click on (1) 'Display'' (2) Click on your settings tab, (3) increase your size to 'more'; then click on apply

For Vista / Windows 7 users; you can right click your desktop, as per example image below, then click on (1) display settings (2) increase resolution to 'high' (3) then click 'apply'

When you go to re launch the course again you should see that the course window is now smaller and floats inside your home page, as per example below; also the navigation buttons are now visible.

Display settings for a MAC are slightly different:

You can adjust the resolution of your display to make text and objects appear larger on your screen

Your display’s resolution determines the size of text and objects on your screen. You can manually set the resolution to make text and objects appear larger on your screen, or adjust it to make text and objects appear smaller so you have more space on your screen.

Depending on how you adjust the resolution, some apps may not fit entirely on the screen.

Set the resolution for your primary display

  1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays, then click Display.

  2. Select Scaled, then select one of the scaled resolution options.

Set the resolution for a connected display

If you have more than one display, additional resolution options are available.

  1. After the display is connected, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Displays, then click Display.

  2. Press the Option key while you click Scaled to see additional resolutions for the second display. Then select a scaled resolution option for the second display.
