My score has not recorded

As a first step- please click on the Result History button and check if your score has been recorded under the Completed Tasks table.

If the attempt is recorded, you can print your certificate using the certificate link.

Sometimes a score may not be posted on the system due to a firewall issue on your PC, or a drop in connection at the point the score was being posted to the database. This creates an orphaned score. We can detect this in the system and match it to your user ID, therefore in the unlikely event this happens to you please raise a ticket and include your User ID and course details and we can complete the 'posting' of the score for you. 

Please do not take multiple attempts.  If it has failed once for a module, it needs investigation before you attempt the quiz again.
