A connection status message is displayed on the course window. see below:
[LMS connected] - This means that course is reporting your data back to the LMS. Your final score should be recorded.

[LMS connection idle for more than X mins] - This message indicates that course has not reported any data to LMS for the past X mins. There is a chance that the connection is lost. If navigating 3-4 pages further hasn't changed this message to "LMS connected", you should close the course window and relaunch the course.

[LMS connection idle for too long, you may be disconnected] - This message indicated that it is likely that your scores won't be posted to the LMS. If navigating 3-4 pages further hasn't changed this message to "LMS connected", please close the course window and relaunch the module.

[LMS connection initialising] - This means that course is establishing a connection with the LMS. If navigating 3-4 pages further hasn't changed this message to "LMS connected", please close the course window and relaunch the module.

No message - If you do not see any of the above connection messages in the course title window, this means that the course has failed to connect with the LMS. Please close the course window and choose a different browser.

Sometimes you may not find your score in your account due to above connection errors. In the unlikely event this happens to you please raise a ticket and include your User ID and course details and we can complete the 'posting' of the score for you.
Please do not take multiple attempts. If posting of the score has failed once for a module, it needs investigation before you attempt the quiz again.
