Adding Departments:
Adding Departments to Locations -manually
Click on Departments tab on the side menu as above; this will show you your list of departments if you have any listed. Type in your new department name and click up.
In order to make your new department active, you will need to click on the Location tab on the side menu. Click on your Location name and then 'edit', as shown in the example image below.
As you can see we have selected Bristol as the Location, and highlighted the HR Department and Overseas Dept as our departments that we wish to add to Bristol Location; once selected click on the '>>' forward' arrows to move them to the selected column; you can reverse this process by clicking on the << back arrows at anytime; then Click UPDATE when finished.
Repeat this process for each Location
